Observation

Knives with sharp edges in the kitchen drawer were observed to be accessible to children at the time of inspection. A set of gardening hose was observed on the ground in the outdoor area that posed a tripping hazard at the time of inspection. Large objects on top of vanity were observed in the bathroom area that posed a tipping hazard at the time of inspection. An outlet near water in the kitchen area was observed to be non TR/GFCI at the time of inspection/An outlet in the reading room was observed to be non-tamper resistant at the time of inspection.
